Dr. Daryush Haghighi is a Trustee of the Huqúqulláh, which means "The Right of God". He teaches the audience to pronounce Húququ’lláh as ho-coo-ko-law. The Institution of Huqúqulláh is a sacred institution. In the Six Year Plan the House of Justice has made the education in Huqúqulláh one of its goals. Dr. Haghighi reviews the history of Huqúqulláh going back to Bahá'u'lláh first appointments and worked his way through to the time of the Universal House of Justice. The Law of Huqúqulláh is found in the Book of Aqdas.
Dr. Haghighi talks about how to infuse the power of the sacred law of Huqúqu'lláh into the American Bahá’ í community. He reviews some of the history of this institution and how it came to be applied to the American Bahá’ í community. He gives the reason for the law of Huqúqu'lláh. To “purify ones wealth” is the third most important obligation of a believer. Obedience to the law of Huqúqu'lláh is a demonstration of firmness in the Covenant. Every Bahá’ í must make the offering of Huqúqu'lláh.
